Senior Accountant

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and train accounting staff, promoting professional growth and development.
• PO monitoring.
• Issue invoice, receipt/tax invoice and withholding tax certificate to customers and suppliers.
• Support for daily operation for account receivable/payable transactions.
• Proceed with the invoice submission from the vendor for payment.
• Prepare documents of vendor payment and employees reimbursement.
• Prepare withholding tax (PND.1,3,53,54 & PP.36)
• Prepare VAT reconciliation and submission to The Revenue Department.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of all accounting documents.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Monthly preparation of the consolidated package as well as sale reporting to HQ office.
• Regular book keeping of all incoming and outgoing revenue and funds
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Manager

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Degree/qualification in accounting
• A minimum of 4 years’+ relevant experience. In the field of recruiter is an advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai
• Experience working with Xero preferred but if not willingness to learn.
