• Coding programs as designed in specification documents using Programming Best Practices • Perform Unit Testing to ensure 1st level of quality of the program created • Perform Peer Reviews by reviewing other developer programs to detect initial defects and possible enhancements • Prepare documents related to the HR application • Knowledge transfer for application development to Tester and Application Administration • Perform ad-hoc activity as assigned by supervisors • Provide customer service to existing clients, including first contact resolution, answering inquiries, addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and providing training assistance

• Bachelor/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Having 2-3 years experience as Implementation Consultant and Customer support - Junior Software Developers, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - For Customer Support is more focused on experiences than educational background • Service and a positive mindset • Excellent communication skills both oral and written • Written and spoken English • Familiar with Client-Side Scripting Languages and Technologies such as JavaScript and AJAX • Familiar with Server-Side Web Based Scripting Languages such as ColdFusion, PHP, or ASP • Familiar with DBMS and basic scripting in Oracle Database, MSSQL Server, and MySQL Moderate in technical programming algorithm • Proactive and positive working attitude, Responsible, Fast learner, and able to work in a team • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage to change priorities • Ability to work independently and take initiative
