Sales Manager, Senior Sales Executive ,Sales Executive-HR Software Application

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Source, identify and profile customers • Approach customers following a solution selling methodology • Provide company profile and product demonstrations for HR software and all products related to SunFish and GreatDAY HR • Perform consulting, scoping, cost analysis, and project planning at prospective customers • Perform negotiations for sales within company guidelines • Follow up on customer business requirements during post implementation • Provide product knowledge training to other sales staff, partners and distributors • Provide customer service to existing clients, including first contact resolution, answering inquiries, addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and providing training assistance • Other tasks assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Thai Nationality, Male or Female • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science or in any related fields • At least 3 years experiences Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive or Business Development for Software Application and IT Solutions is a plus • Sales experience in HR application solutions is preferred • Good presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills • Professional attitude with pleasant personality • Service-minded, creative, initiative, proactive, goal-oriented and customer oriented • Able to work under pressure, tight deadline and flexible work hours • Enthusiastic and willing to learn and develop • Self-motivated with high ambition to achieve targets • Competitive, hunter-type mentality • Able to work independently or in a team as required • Well-organized and good time management skills • Own transportation with valid driver’s license and able to travel out of Bangkok when required • Good command of written and spoken English • Strong computer and IT solution literacy
