Responsible

• Compile and analyze daily and monthly sales reports segmented by market (e.g., corporate, leisure, B2B) to evaluate performance and trends.
• Develop and implement comprehensive monthly and annual sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create and execute targeted sales and marketing plans to boost hotel revenue across all departments.
• Conduct tele-sales activities with over 30 corporate clients or travel agents monthly to maintain and expand customer base.
• Perform sales calls and in-person visits to at least 15 companies or agents per month to build relationships and drive bookings.
• Oversee and maintain the customer database and booking systems, particularly focusing on Wholesale, B2B, and travel agent segments.
• Lead initiatives to increase sales through innovative packages and collaborations with other hotel departments (e.g., F&B, spa, events).
• Provide support to various hotel departments as needed to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Prepare executive-level sales summaries and coordinate regular meetings with the management team to align on performance and strategy.

More qualification

• Over 2 years of experience as an Assistant Sales Manager or in a higher-level sales leadership role.
• Proven expertise in selling to Wholesale and Agent customer segments with excellent relationship management skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken Thai and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
• Demonstrates strong leadership qualities, patience, and the ability to perform effectively under high-pressure situations.
• Solid knowledge of computer systems and hotel management software.
• Highly creative, with a proactive attitude towards developing new sales strategies and business opportunities.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work creatively with a team.
