Marketing Executive (Sports/Outdoor Gear)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Assist Brand Manager in planning and supervising marketing operations to achieve revenue target. 2. Assist Brand Manager in developing marketing plan and budget. 3. Execute all marketing activities as planned, and with cost effectiveness. 4. Responsible for digital marketing. 5. Establish creative and cost effective promotional plan and activities. 6. Conduct marketing campaigns, activities and road shows to promote brand awareness among community. 7. Manage brand athlete team and seek for talented athlete to join the team in promoting sportwear line products. 8. Manage KOL and seek for talented and compatible KOL to help building brand awareness and community. 9. Manage good relationship among athletes KOLS and related sport communities. 10. Manage contract matter for athlete and KOLS related to the promotion of sportwear line products. 11. Collaborate with key account partners (sports) to drive for market shares and sales growth. 12. Coordinate with art departments to develop window displays, signage, marketing assets and etc. 13. Assist in designing and developing marketing collaterals and promotional materials. 14. Maintain customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction. 15. Initiate new consumer promotion campaigns and to develop consumer engagement plans. 16. Generate sales and marketing reports to management when needed. 17. Cooperate with the management in the development of marketing programs and criteria to achieve sales goals. 18. Evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements. 19. Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Proven working experience in marketing field or associated with marketing field - Drive for results - Strong leadership skills - Be able to work under pressure - “Can-do” and “Hands-on” attitudes - Open minded and willing to listen to others’ opinion - Excellent understanding of full marketing mix - Highly creative with ability to think out of the box - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking - Advanced communication and interpersonal skills - Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing practices - Fluent in digital marketing - Good knowledge of digital marketing and comfortable with online and social media - Comfortable to work with numbers - Budget management skills - Be able to travel alone (both upcountry and oversea) - Advanced command of Microsoft offices, especially - Excel and PowerPoint - Superior presentation skills. - Good command of Thai and English languages (Chinese language ability is a plus) - Bachelor or Master Degrees in business management field - Sports enthusiasm - Active sports brand background will be specially considered. - Hands-on retail business background is also a plus.
