Store Manager (The North Face - New Flagship Store)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Fully responsible for all the Store Operating Management, supervise staff daily work 2. Strong Visual Merchandising skills and the ability to drive business through creativity, fashion consciousness and commercial. 3. Sets Visual Merchandising expectations to brand standards, to ensure brand consistency that impacts the customer experience and maximizes overall business results 4. Manage the POS system. Keep a track on the updating of POS system 5. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures and to ensure the process is in compliance with company SOPs 6. Provide coaching to floor staff on customer service, selling skills, product knowledge, etc. to ensure the highest level of service is achieved. 7. Responsible in maintaining inventory integrity 8. Optimize the duty rosters to guarantee proper floor coverage and monitoring of staff performance

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1 At least 3 years working experience in store operation, with more than 2 years of store or retail Strong leadership, decision-making, communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Good co-ordination in team work, Team leader skill is advantage. 3. Problem solving skill, good analytical skill, business mind
