IT Manager (Retail business)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Plan and oversee the installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware and networks • Develop and implement policies related to network security, disaster recovery and IT infrastructure. • Establish, measure and define IT goals and maintain an IT roadmap, Monitor and analyze the success of IT initiatives and projects and continually develop and evaluate new technologies and tools for the company. • Direct the activities of the helpdesk to ensure the IT needs of users are met • Manage development projects to integrate new technologies into existing systems. • Perform ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software and network components. • Establish a security policy to protect company information and resources. POS o Oversee full project life cycle, provide technical support for the store applications used in the group. o Monitor the performance of store applications, proactively identify bottlenecks and work with relevant teams to optimize system performance. o Assist IT Manager to manage store IT projects (POS systems, inventory management systems and related retail applications) ensure smooth project delivery, completed timely and within budget. o Work close with other departments / vendors / internal IT team, monitor the project closely. o Provide documentation and knowledge sharing to enhance overall support capabilities. o Provide troubleshooting, issue resolution and system maintenance to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction. o Manage and prioritize incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on store operations. NAV o Seeks to continually improve the NAV functionality and utility to increase automation, efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of information o Develops expertise on the functional use of the NAV system, Continuously works to understand NAV capabilities, functionality, features and modules to help provide consultative solutions to make users and the company more efficient and cost-effective. o Manages tasks and projects that increase NAV and other business system capabilities with the goal of increasing efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of transactional information.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor or higher degree in Information Technology or Related field. • Good knowledge in fundamental of Hardware problem solving • Understand and Experience in Microsoft Dynamic NAV ** Experience will be an advantage ** • Knowledge in POS (Promise Retail) ** Experience will be an advantage ** • Ability to develop software application with programming language VB.Net • Pro-active monitoring, identification, assessment and escalation of technical / security issues and breaches in the infrastructure • Management and leadership of the IT operation team, assign tasks, priorities and follow up to ensure resolutions are provided in a timely manner. • React to IT support issues promptly ensuring that services are returned to normal operational state in an efficient and risk freeway wherever possible. • Experience in MySQL, SQL Server • Experience with AWS cloud service is a plus. • Fast learner and flexible • Creative and high responsible. • Teamwork and good communication.
