Senior Trademark Lawyer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Key Responsibilities: -Preparing and reviewing trademark applications; -Conducting trademark searches and analyses; -Preparing written reports and correspondence letters for clients including, but not limited to: filing particulars, office actions, publication progress, registration progress, renewal procedures, service proposals; -Drafting appeals/ oppositions/ cancellations; -Updating deadlines, files and related information on trademark; -Following up with the DIP on trademark applications; -Translating legal documents from Thai to English and from English to Thai; -Researching laws, articles and past judicial decisions;

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: -LL.B/LL.M; -Excellent command of written and spoken English; - Hard-working, self-motivated and able to work independently; - Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure; -Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities; -Prior experience in trademark filing and prosecution is preferable.
