Night Guest Service Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Welcome guests. provide general care, and handle check-in / check-out.
• Manage room bookings and communicate with guests through various channels.
• Respond to customer emails in English.
• Greet and assist guests, provide information, solve immediate problems, and proceed payments.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and carry out assigned tasks as needed.
• Summarize daily total revenue and prepare daily reports.
• Flexible work hours.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male, 25 Years or Older
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience in the field.
• Good problem-solving skills in emergency situations.
• Proficient in English ; knowledge of Arabic will be considered an advantage.
• Proficient in using the Internet and basic Microsoft office programs.
• Good interpersonal skills , patient, service-oriented, and able to work well with others.
• A driver's license is required.
