Customer Service Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Provide professional and courteous customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
• • Handle inquiries, complaints, and orders, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• • Manage and process customer orders, coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for delivery.
• • Assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records.
• • Collaborate with the sales team to address client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
• • Support marketing activities such as promotions, events, and campaigns.
• • Ensure all communications align with the company’s high standards and brand image.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Proven experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in food and beverage or hospitality.
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English.
• • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) software.
• • A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.
• • Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus but not mandatory.
