หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. •Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances •Maintaining historical records •Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks •Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance •Corresponding with operational personnel in a professional manner •Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports •Complete monthly close processes, journal entries and reconciliations relating to revenue, expense, and cash. •Continuing to improve the payment process •Disbursing petty cash by recording entry; verifying documentation •Reports sales taxes by calculating requirements on paid invoices •Protecting organization’s value by keeping information confidential •Providing supporting documentation for audits •Follow up with restaurants regarding discrepancies found in weekly reporting

• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้บ้าง ทำรายงานภาษาอังกฤษ
