หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Descriptions: • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs and oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor and control performance of outsourced contractors as per standard requirements, checking safety service and cleanliness performance within the building, coordinated vendors or sub-contractors as required • Provide consultation and planning strategies for the team that follow the rules regulations of the building. • Coordinate and manage general building security, safety, maintenance, and welfare of school. • Develop or approve of budgets that balance all necessary expenses, including energy and other utilities, debt maintenance, supplies and human resources • To ensure that satisfactory preventative maintenance systems are maintained to provide a high degree of equipment reliability, the maintenance and health and safety of the school buildings and grounds • Monitor and maintain all equipment, and accessories of common areas. Also, planning maintenance for all installations as scheduled • Arrange the activities approved by Board of Committee, supervisor, or school activities. • Support with the communications related to government departments for the building, such as KMITL, school dormitory office, and any departments/agency as needed. • Supervises vendors or sub-contractors as required

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Skills and Qualifications: • Male or Female, age between 28-35 years old. • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related Engineering fields • Minimum 5 years experiences in project management, managerial of communities, analytical skills, problem solving and controlled project or above. • Pleasant personality and able to work under pressure environment, • Strong leadership skill including, motivation, conflict resolution, effective coaching facility, presentation, team building and communication skills • Fluently in English communication (writing, reading and speaking) Certified in English is a must (TOEIC Score more than 500 or other equivalent English certificates).
