General Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Overview : Manage the overall leadership and direction of the hotel, maximizing on sales and revenue and driving financial returns. Development of your people, execute on brand awareness of the hotel and brand within the area. Duties & Responsibilities :  Develop and initiatives to increase team engagement with the hotel's service philosophy  Develop, implement and monitor team member succession planning to ensure future bench strength  Actions in accordance with company rules and policies  Prepare annual capital, cash flow and sales and marketing plans to accurately forecast budgets  Analyse financials to drive revenues, future profitability and maximum return on investment  Collaborate with colleagues and hotel team members to establish and implement services that meet or exceed guest expectations  Speak to guests and ask for their feedback and build relationships  Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, colleagues and hotel assets  Perform other duties as assigned. May also serve as manager on duty Required Skills & Qualifications :  Thai nationality  Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field  Minimum 5 years of experience in the position of General Manager  Experience required may vary based on size and complexity of operation  In-depth knowledge in both operations and sales of the hospitality industry  Good interpersonal skills, analytical thinking and problem solving  Excellent proficiency in written & spoken English and computer literate
