Sales Representative

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Identify, approach, and develop new international customers through various channels, including digital platforms, social media, and direct communication within the jewellery industry.
• Provide accurate product information, conduct product demonstrations of Barcode and RFID equipment together with related software solutions, both online and on-site, and successfully close sales.
• Provide regular follow ups on existing customers to encourage repeat orders.
• Manage and oversee the full sales and order process for both local and international customers, from preparing quotations and confirming orders to coordinating delivery until products reach customers.
• Handle international online sales channels and support sales activities across digital platforms (Whatsapp, Instagram, and Facebook)
• Participate in trade fairs in Thailand and overseas, including booth setup, customer engagement, and sales support.
• Achieve assigned international sales targets and prepare regular sales reports for performance evaluation and business planning

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai Nationality, 25-35 Years Old
• Friendly, Professional Personality
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills with a Healthy Service Mind
• Proficient in Online Marketing and Social Media Usage
• Excellent Command of English, both Verbal and Written
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields. Marketing or International Business Major is highly preferred
• Minimum 2 Years Work Experience in Sales or Marketing
• Basic Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills is a must
• Experience in the Printing or IT industry is a plus
