Retail Sales and Operation Manager (SUNSU Brand)

• 1. Make a yearly sales action plan for SUNSU Brand. 2. Analyze and make business plans to increase sales, create campaigns or promotions for all channels of the domestic market, including expanding to the international market and an E-Commerce Channel. 3. Forecast sales budget for campaigns, promotions, etc. Such as co-promotion with 7-11 and modern trade. (Able to co-work with the Marketing team.) 4. Monitor stock in all channels, forecast purchase sales inventory accuracy, and monitor merchandiser activities. 5. Manage department budget for effective results. 6. Survey and random check with 7-11 stores and modern trade to ensure that our products are on shelves all the time. 7. Coordinate with the marketing team related to sales activities to ensure that our products are placed in the best position, display installation, in-store promotion, etc. 8. Make plans and prepare presentations. Able to be the company’s representative to present NPD and negotiate GP with 7-11’s merchandiser and other channels. 9. Monitor and solve problems in case found various issues such as lack of products, transportation problems, etc. 10. Build strong relationships with Merchandiser, Modern Trade customers, etc. in order to achieve sales targets. 11. Liaise with various departments both inside and outside the organization. 12. Other Duties as Assigned.
