General Manager - ผู้จัดการทั่วไป (SUNSU Brand)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Plan, set strategies, and monitor the various department’s processes and activities to ensure that results meet business objectives. 2. Manage and analyze P&L, including managing department budget for effective results. 3. Manage teams, evaluate the performance, and monitor the performance of the relevant departments. 4. Analyze and plan the production of products, including coordinating with the factory to ensure that the products are sufficient for distribution 5. Manage and Monitor stock in all channels, forecast purchase sales inventory accuracy, and monitor distributor activities. 6. Analyze and plan the production of new products(NPD) by the needs of consumers to achieve sales targets. 7. Be the company’s representative to present NPD and negotiate GP with 7-11’s merchandiser and other channels. 8. Make a yearly sales action plan. 9. Forecast sales budget for campaigns, promotions, etc. 10. Manage and follow up sales from all channels (E-Commerce, Domestic and International Markets) 11. Manage manpower according to the manpower plan, support and develop skills/knowledge of employees in the company to become potential employees. 12. Monitor and solve problems in case found various issues such as lack of products, transportation problems, etc. 13. Prepare sales and stock reports to present CEO 14. Liaise with various departments both inside and outside the organization. 15. Other Duties as Assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Age between 30 – 40 years old • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field • At least 10 years of working experience in GM or similar executive role in FMCG business industry. • Excellence in interpersonal, presentation, communication, and analytical skills • Knowledge of business processes and functions (Operations, Sales, R&D, Finance, etc.) • Knowledge of Stock Management. • Experience in planning and budgeting for business units • Effective decision-making, problem-solving skills, fast learning, and initiative • Team management and be able to develop and supervise the team • Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure • Understand E-commerce commercials • Computer Literacy in MS. Office (Excellent in Excel) and Google Drive • Good command of English • High responsibility • Having a personal vehicle • Open-minded and flexible with a can-do attitude
