- KPIs (Sales & Promotion Achievements) - To do promotion planning by creating and consolidate in all channels (Domestic, Oversea, Ecommerce, and Export) - Coordinate and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Planning to align sales target, marketing communication and, - stock inventory together. - Analyze promotion campaign, suggest efficiency mechanic or new campaign to meet the needs of customer behavior in - order to get the most Incremental sales by using the most worthwhile spending cost. - Monitor and track sales performance compared with target and last year sales by campaign by weekly. - Capture and know the trend & promotion of various products in the market and competitor in order to offer promotion to compete with competitors. - Analyze promotion campaigns and suggest efficiency mechanics. - Explore trends and market promotions and competitors to use the information to create the company’s promotions. - Liaise with various departments both inside and outside the organization.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field - Have work experience in Trade Marketing or any related field in retail, supplier, or agency business. - Excellence in interpersonal, presentation, communication, and analytical skills. - Knowledge of logical thinking, - Effective decision-making, problem-solving skills, fast learning, and initiative - Computer Literacy in MS. Office (Excellent in Excel - PowerPoint) and Google Drive - High responsibility - Open-minded and flexible with a can-do attitude
