หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Managing all Procurement and sourcing process in especially for New Products, New investment projects which mostly in F&B business, from start until converting to PO and sourcing new supplier (Local and overseas)
• PO Processing by sourcing both of local and overseas to serve the good services and better alternative, comparing price, selecting supplier in order to provide the goods and services within all requirement and product specification in order to meet the company and project’s needs and requirements (qualities standard, timing, best price, payment term, etc.,), Issuing PO and present necessary information to SCM manager, CEO and other related parties, if necessary.
• Creating excellent healthy long-term relationship with all stakeholders i.e. suppliers, teams, other department, etc
• Execute long-term contract with suppliers, with a reasonable condition (cost and time saving) and still reflecting the real situation, for saving, beneficial and credit term negotiation.
• Internally and externally communicate with all related parties such as internal Sales & Marketing, and Suppliers to deliver forecast and monthly report, and other routine operations.
• Monitor, manage and collaborate (by all suitable actions) with all related parties to make sure all the placed orders and routine operations from planning, issuing PO, managing delivery and shipping schedule, shipping document, import customs to ON TIME delivery at warehouse, are smoothly delivered and perfectly accomplished.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance from all perspectives included but not limitd to collaborations, products and services qualities, reject and claim issues
• Other ad hoc and hands on jobs

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in sourcing especially international procurement & sourcing at least 3-4 years (at least 2 years of experience in international importing and sourcing in F&B business)
• Experience dealing with shipping document (i.e. INV, PL, B/L, Health Cer, CO, etc.,), import customs and FDA Thailand (both sea port or airport)
• Open, growth and positive mindset
• Able to work effectively in a team as well as autonomously.
• Has senses of urgency, leadership, multi-tasking, dynamic problem solving, analysing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Pay attention to detail, that reflecting to the big picture.
• Proactive, motivated and able to handle workload with in flexible, fast paces, high pressure work environment, can do attitude
