Business Development & Expansion Senior Manager up to Director level

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Responsible for dealing & negotiating with landlords of existing stores on rental deals, contract renewal, termination, relocation, term revision, etc. • Ongoing negotiation with landlord and retail space in all format to ensure the best interest of the company. • Closely monitoring on rental efficiency & conduct regular business report for management. • In charge of new space exploration in all format as well as conducting location assessment for potential business opportunities. • Communicate and collaborate with internal team and related department on responsible projects. • Leading, managing & monitoring multi-project development on network expansion including store design, decoration, construction, recruiting, training & store setting up. • Communicate with internal team to ensure that project development has been fulfilled. • Oversee the maintenance team and plan renovations for existing stores. • Other assignments related to business development and improvement.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Over 5 years in business development in term of network expansion & investment • High level of negotiation skill • Good interpersonal relationship • Fluent in English is a plus • Able to travel nationwide
