หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient IT solutions.
• Collaborate with executive management to define IT strategies and roadmaps.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on the organization.
• Work with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage relationships with IT teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards and policies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and IT staff.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Define and direct the overall standards and direction of architecture within the business domain.
• Analyze and define the target User Experience needs to create customer-centric technology solutions and interfaces.
• Direct the overall direction of application architecture for integrations between applications and platforms.
• Establish the overall standards and direction of Infrastructure architecture within Digital and IT.
• Identify and implement key processes and tools across Digital and IT.
• Create and maintain enterprise technology process models.
• Define process flows and identify decision-makers, information needs, and escalation points in each process.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and application development.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and application development.
• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture or related fields.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale IT projects and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
