Application Tester

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop Test Scope in collaboration with the Business Analyst, including:
• Create Test Scenarios and Test Cases, in alignment with business requirements and processes.
• Prepare Test Plans and communicate them with developers and business analysts to ensure alignment.
• Generate Test Documentation, including test scripts, defect logs, and test execution reports.
• Execute Comprehensive Testing, ensuring all application features function as designed and intended.
• Defect Analysis & Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigate and document defects, identifying underlying issues to mitigate project risks.
• Regularly Communicate Test Results to the Legacy Lead and Business Analyst, providing detailed reports on defects, testing progress, and suggesting areas for improvement.
• Optional: Develop Automated Tests for functional and regression testing using GC Automate Test or similar tools.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 4+ years of experience in Application Testing.
• Strong knowledge of non-SAP applications and their interaction with ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA
• Experience using JIRA and other project management tools for defect tracking and test case management.
• Proven experience working in Agile methodologies and performing testing in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and test management tools.
• Strong skills in performance testing, security testing, and integration testing.
• Proficiency in data processing, data pipelines, and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and SAP consultants.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
