Digital Marketing Supervisor (English or Chinese)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Develop dynamic content plan on a monthly or a GTM campaign basis 2. Develop ad campaigns to build product awareness, generate leads, and increase conversions for Brand 3. Identify strategies, techniques, and tactics to increase the number of visitors to our social media in a positive growth phase by phase 4. Produce, write, develop, edit, and publish content for a variety of digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), including websites, videos, advertising campaigns, social media posts, infographics, etc. 5. Monitoring and analyzing data to optimize copywriting and imagery, with the option of using A/B testing. 6. Create the mock-up for the graphic designer to use as a reference for designing the social content photo. 7. Develop a comprehensive community operations plan that establishes continuous communication with our user base, fostering their transformation into loyal customers who actively engage with our campaigns and offer valuable customer insights, thereby enhancing the optimization of our content marketing strategy. 8. Provide weekly and monthly report for social media platforms performance analysis 9.Work closely with team to develop IMC campaigns for new product launch. 10. Conduct research and provide insights for strategic, campaign, and trending marketing. 11. Attend/host the relevant meetings, events, conferences and live streaming 12. Work closely with both internal and external parties (such as marketing agencies and business partners)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Male or Female, 23 - 30 years old 2. Level qualification Bachelor's degree or higher 3. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications Art, International Relations, Liberal Art, or related field 4. Have at least 3 years’ experience in Social Media or Marketing Communicaton, Experienced in Electronic product industry would be advantage 5. Familiar with both the Google and Meta systems. 6. Experience mobile phone business or Agency would be advantage 7. Good in communication and writing 8. Attention to details and ability to multitask 9. Self-initiative with willingness to learn new things 10. Ability to prioritize works with a good organizational skill 11. Good communication skills both in Thai and English 12. Good research and analytical skills
