1.Team management/team training. According to team member's ability to organize the training, manage the team member's performance, including daily performance, work quality and ect.; Cooperate with HQ and team member to adjust work plan and ect. 2.According to project schedule, ensure work quality, try best to complete the software development process and software test on time. 3.According to test case, establish test environment, execute test case, be able to find bug, locate the bug ,analysis issues, and help engineer to offer the information and track bugs till closed. 4.Refer the relevant documents to design the testing case, and put forward the professional suggestions for the current case. 5.Reference to advanced testing technology which is in the same field, improve the SW testing method and testing efficiency. 6.Assist to introduce the new tools to verify in productive process , push to solve the feedback problem (including client or after-sale) 7.Field test (Other country & Province) 8.Translation test. According to HQ requirement, finish translation test on time and track it till closed; Help engineer to analysis exist translation issues and make promotion

Bachelor Degree, Computer Science or Software related professional subject At least 3 years experience in mobile phone testing area At least 2 years experience in team management Familiar with the use of office productivity tools, for example: excel & word Knows well SW testing process and R&D process; Know well the testing theory, master MTK relevant tools, analyze the simple log and network signaling Know well the operation and the basic communication theory about phone, and be able for know how to judge the network problem or not about phone's abnormal, know well the different environment's test (GSM\CDMA\TD\FDD\VOLTE\VOWIFI) Own the exact judging ability for the problem, and insist the principle of quality Good English or Chinese communication.
