Retail Manager (TECNO mobile)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Responsible for planning, operation and follow training projects. (products training, staff on-job training and external training) 2. Responsible for area staff sale material management, such as POSM, uniform and etc. (Warehouse management, logistic and purchasing) 3. Responsible for checking the Installation of POSM material are in compliance with company standard. 4. Ensure that compensation practices of field force staff are in compliance with current company current bussiness plan. 5. Responsible for various documents of the dept. 6. Responsible for general tasks as assigned by Country Manager

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor's degree or higher. 2. 25-40 years old. 3. Fluent in Chinese (HSK6) or English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 4. At least 3-4 year of work experience in retail bussiness or in smartphone industry is a plus. 5. Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems. 6. Good personality , have presentation skill is a plus. 7. Have knowledge and understanding of current Thailand retail business and field force team management standard. 8. Working in a Chinese organization before will be an advantage. 9. High patience and meticulousness. 10. Good communication and coordination skills. 11. Flexible and adaptable to stressful work environments.
