หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Organize and implement an annual and monthly training plan as required. 2. Formulate training plans according to the needs of each region, check the implementation of the plan, summarize the overall training situation and the training inspection of each region, make an objective assessment of the training effect, and propose new training programs. 3. Develop localized training courses, prepare training materials, cooperate with regional and other departments to implement various training programs, and improve training quality and effectiveness. 4. Ensure that every new employee must undergo pre-job training and improvement training before formally taking up the job, and have the basic job knowledge required by the position.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Male or Female 25 years up 2. Bachelor'degree in business administration, marketing, advertising and related file . 3. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint; skilled in data analysis and presentation 4. Fluent oral and writing English , Chinese skill, English , Chinese can be the workplace language. Good at creative writing in Thai 5. Have experience as a lecturer.
