หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Coordinate the company's overall training needs. Create a training system according to the needs of the company. Including training courses Selection and management of training instructors Evaluation and evaluation of training, evaluation, implementation, etc.
• Using product training media in Thai and production of training materials according to business needs.
• Design a survey questionnaire based on the company's business needs to help the company understand the needs of end customers.
• Organize large-scale offline training regularly. Manage the entire process from project planning to completion and execution.
• Organize regular projects to increase product knowledge. Sales ability of the sales team, etc. on a regular basis
• Prepare a course to develop the work potential of personnel in the organization. including partners and customers who use the product
• Prepare reports and evaluate results to summarize work performance.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male or Female 25 years up
• Bachelor'degree in business administration, marketing, advertising and related file .
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint; skilled in data analysis and presentation
• Able to use Thai and English as working languages
• At least 3 years of training team management experience
• Priority given to those in the 3C industry
• Be creative and create interesting teaching media.
