หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Implement the policies and structure of the company locally. 2. Support training (software, hardware, platform, etc.) to staff and clients. 3. Be responsible to the indicator of Turnaround time, Bounce repair rate, stock turnaround rate etc. 4. Coordinate with the Authorized service provider to deliver a high level service to the brand’s users. 5. Expand the aftersales network according to the strategy of the company. 6. Monitor the work of the service servers and report the situation on time.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least over 2 year management experience in mobile phone industry or similar industry，know whole process and every positions' key tasks With strong analytical and problem-solving capacity; With a strong sense of job responsibility and dedication, remarkably hardy; Proficiency in the automation OFFICE software with the basic network knowledge and strong English application capacity. Good at coordination and communication with a strong sense of responsibility and flexibility; Cost-conscious, able to reduce costs and improve efficiency in various ways Have structured thinking and process management thinking Good dedication and work ethics with strong appeal and cohesion.
