หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Lead and manage Financial department in assigned business group e.g. Logistics and Real Estate •Develop and maintain the financial strategy and system in conjunction with corporate executives •Oversee and control all financial matters and manage with the best practice •Review capital and operating expenditure and report to executives •Formulate and monitor corporate investment policy and transactions •Ensure internal financial controls are maintained and enhanced •Manage cash flow and treasury plus monitor and report on daily basis •Analyze funding requirement, raise fund and negotiate grants or loans with bank or other financial institutes for project investment •Manage funds in accordance with corporate investment policy •Manage financial reporting system •Develop financial staffs, enhance their career path, and motivate team by some rewarding program

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• •Minimum Bachelor’s Degree of Finance or Accounting •5-10 Years direct experience in cash flow management, funding, and budget planning in real estate sector •Strong leadership, Proactive with pleasant personality •Good communication and presentation skill
