SENIOR SALES MANAGER - JAPAN & KOREA

• Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, we are seeking an exceptional candidate who supports in leading the Sales Team in implementing action plans and in accomplishing goals set forth in the Marketing Plan - Work for a prestigious hotel in Bangkok - High profile position within The Peninsula Hotels - Favourable remuneration package Key accountabilities: - Implement all sales action plans related to industry zoning area (Japanese and Korean markets) - Solicit, establish and maintain files on major active accounts within responsibility with continuous probing for potential accounts. - Plan sales calls activities under the direct approval of Director of Marketing / Director of Sales to major areas / industries, calling on existing and potential accounts within their specific zones. - Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel in major areas through sales solicitation, telephone contact and social networking. - Actively participates in achieving the Sales & Marketing budget.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Minimum 3 years experience in this role - Knowledge on any account management system, knowledgeable in Corporate, Travel Trade, MICE business market trends, persuasive and with effective sales presentation skills are preferred - Relevant University Qualifications (e.g. Hospitality Management or Marketing) - Ability to communicate fluently in English, Japanese, Korean
