Production Manager (m/f/d) – Automotive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for the whole Operations process. Planning and managing resources as well as establishing a detailed planning in order to fulfill customer production schedule in the plant. Guaranteeing safety and health of employees, respecting environmental regulations and budgeted costs in the annual budget, in order to guarantee the highest standard of quality and excellence in the service. Tasks: • Operational Line Management over all lines • Operate warehouse, line feeding, sequencing • You work with the Engineering Department and in the course of this you analyze and plan the productive capacity in the line in order to be able to completing the client deliveries program, guaranteeing the quality within a minimum cost. • You share the responsibility with the Engineering and HR department, to guarantee the safety and health of employees under his/her responsibility, taking part in the design and execution of preventive plans of actions and to fulfill the legislation in this matter. • You coordinate training of the personnel, to manage and to control the fulfillment in the environmental targets in the plant, together with the HR Department. • To run the ACT Standards and empower the roles of all members within the ACT • You take part in the design of projects and industrial improvements medium and long term and report plant results according to the department indicators • You stop the assembly process and the delivery of "non-conform" products • Focus on standardization, improvement, flexibility & quality • Conceptual elaboration regarding Layout and Operations / shared with Engineering & Logistics

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Expert in operations, manufacturing and/or engineering and/or maintenance • Several years’ experience in similar position in automotive industry obligatory • Experience with processes / guidelines (ISO TS and IATF 16949, similar, etc.) • Familiar with interaction of all technical competencies • Very good relational skills, leadership skills and charisma. • Entrepreneurial Business Practice and performance enhancement • Mentoring / Coaching / Motivation and leading of teams • High level of communication skills in English • Self confidence • Leadership, Social competence
