• Application Support (Java): 1. Have Software Development Skill 2. In-depth knowledge of a variety of IT systems, Databases and Applications 3. Have experience in network management and Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration 4. Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex IT issues 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 6. Strong attention to detail 7. Excellent organizational and coordination abilities 8. Information Technology, Computer Science or similar relevant field 9. Any relevant additional certification (CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ etc.) will be an advantage Application Support (SQL): 1. Minimum 2 Years experience in Application Support 2. Have basic SQL skill 3. Havce basic IT skill (Windows, MS-Office) 4. Have Software development skill; Java, .Net 5. Experience in basic Windows, Unix OS, Oracle SQL, 6. Experience in Websphere App Server will be advantage 7. Have analysis skill Responsibilities: * Help developers setting up and deploying testing environments * Manage and monitor changes process for production deployment * Support and coordinate production incidents * Coordinate with development team and Infrastructure team to manage server/network e.g. server provision process, firewall process
