Senior Project Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: - Budget management, Quotation, BOQ(Bill of Quantities) - Prepare quotation and submission of tender/quotation - Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule - Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule - Project budget management - Discussion and negotiation with Subcontractors /Vendors. Requirements - 5+ years of working experience in project management - 5+ years of working experience with the Office Project. - Have knowledge for Budget Control (BOQ) - Able to work within tight deadlines - Good command in English is the plus - Enthusiastic, able to work under pressure, team player, initiative and strong analytical skill - Good Personality, Leadership, Management, communication, problem-solving and planning skills are required.
