• BASIC FUNCTION: To assist the Captain & Supervisor in providing an efficient and courteous service of food and beverage to restaurant guests. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily Duties *(Summary of duties in achieving the major responsibilities)* 1. Ensure that the uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition, ensuring that standards of personal hygiene and appearance are an example for the team and demonstrate a professional image for our guests. 2. To attend pre-service briefings for daily updates. 3. To ensure that mise’en place’ levels are kept to standards. 4. To meet and greet guests in a professional and efficient manner. 5. To assist the Captain& Supervisor in maintaining the station fully stocked, clean and tidy. 6. Pick up the food according to order. 7. To serve food and beverage according to restaurant standards and guest needs. 8. To clear and reset tables. 9. To wish “Fond Farewell” to all guests, encouraging repeat custom. Periodic Duties - Pick up store items Occasional Duties - To present menus and wine lists To assist the sommelier in beverage service.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Vocational or Technical certificate or diploma in related field 2. Minimum 1 – 3 years in similar position in international hotels 3. Able to handle demanding workload
