• BASIC FUNCTION Assists in preparation of all food items, and helps to run the station, he is assigned to efficiently. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Reports on time to his supervisor for he s duty assignment. 2) To have good hygienic appearance. 3) To have basic knowledge of all food items and food handled. 4) Obtains requisitioned goods from the storeroom/production. 5) Control all food items with rotation and with good condition in his mis en place. 6) To proceed all preparation for any order in good procedure. 7) Works exactly according to standard recipe to ensure consistency. 8) Assists in cleaning utensils and equipment with safety procedure and hygiene. 9) Performs other duties assigned by his superior. 10) To report to his superior for any doubt or to prevent any incident. 11) To have good communication and relation with is colleagues. 12) To perform his duty in high production.
