Senior Mechanical & Electrical Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Full time assistant site manager (construction management at site) for managing different parts of construction projects, create work schedules that meet deadlines, delegating tasks and scheduling meetings. 2.Management of Quality Assurance and Quality Control, responses to Contractor’s RFA material and shop drawing, RFI’s and clarification requests. 3.Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects. 4.Review and approval of Inspection and Test Plan, verify and witness test & commissioning. 5.Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders. 6.Preparation of Engineering Instruction, preparing estimates for time and costs. 7.Management of variation order works, measurements and preparation of payment certificates. 8.Site monitoring for ensuring that health and safety measures are adopted and properly complied with. 9.Review and approval of handover documents, As-built drawings, Operating and maintenance instruction manuals and all related information, prepared by the contractor after construction completion for Taking Over.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.Over 10 years’ experience as Mechanical or Electrical Engineer. Experience supervising other staff members and have aspirations leading you to management. 2.Experienced in project management, risk management, cost management, administration of contract documents and specifications, design management will be giving special consideration. 3.Good command in English. 4.Leadership skills and decision-making skills. 5.Computer skills including Autocad, MS Project, Teams, Zoom, Word, Excel, PDF markup and Windows applications. 6.Valid driver’s license required. This position requires use of personal vehicle in good working order to be used occasionally for business use, for which there is reimbursement.
