หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Assisting Project Manager any activities as required to control and monitor site progress on site, quality assurance and quality control. 2. Cooperate and communicate effectively with owner representative and other project participants e.g., designers, contractors and suppliers to provide technical advice for any discrepancy between drawings, specification and construction on site. 3. Review and approve MEP construction programme in accordance with the overall project timeline. 4. Chair weekly progress meeting as necessary. 5. Inspect regularly where required, issue the ongoing defects to ensure that the approved shop drawings and material correctly carry out according to RFA, quality of materials & workmanship. 6. Review and approve materials, shop, and combined drawings, method statement in accordance with the contractual drawings and specifications. 7. Check lists for equipment delivery by the Contractors for project use and inspect/check on site deliveries. 8. Prepare and approve inspection and test plan in accordance with the drawings and specifications. 9. Verify and support testing and commissioning of completed works before they are covered by the contractors. 10. Coordinate with quantity surveyor to identify variation order works, value of work done on site for payment to contractors and suppliers. 11. Site monitoring for ensuring that health and safety measures are adopted and properly complied with. 12. Compile and prepare project status reports by analyzing, summarizing information for daily, weekly and monthly activities. 13. Compile and prepare project closeout report including remaining and remedial works, punch list, all document with sign offs from respective parties, lessons learnt from all parties for handing over.

• 1. Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or related field. 2. Experience (Yr.): More than 7 3. Computer skill: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MS Teams or Zoom and Microsoft Project. 4. Multitask working and able to work under pressure. 5. English will be an added advantage. 6. Design experiences will be added advantage.
