Senior Site Inspector (Interior Decoration)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Full time monitoring and supervision the contractor’s activities on site. 2. Inspect regularly, including sample testing where required, issue the ongoing defects to ensure that the approved shop drawings and material correctly carry out according to RFA, quality of materials & workmanship 3. Checking, recording and testing of completed works before they are covered by the contractor 4. Site monitoring for ensuring that health and safety measures are adopted and properly complied with. 5. Advise the Engineer about problems, issues and discrepancies that may be a reason for technical or contractual problems (such as poor construction quality, delayed completion, inconvenience with others, etc) and take necessary actions (or recommend actions to be taken) to rectify such discrepancies. 6. Assist the Engineer in the process of approval of any items of the Contractor’s shop drawings and material, method statement including to attend and report on any trials or witness tests assigned by the Engineer, check lists for equipment imported by the Contractor for project use and inspect/check on site deliveries. 7. Assist with review and approval of As-built drawings, Operating and maintenance instruction manuals and all related information, prepared by the contractor after construction completion. 8. Prepare and submit snagging list for remaining and remedial works at Taking Over, for completion during the Defect Liability Period, assist the Engineer with arrangements for hand-over of the completed facilities to the Entity for Operation and Maintenance

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Education Level: Diploma/High Vocational’s certificate in interior decoration, architectural, or related field. 2. Experience (Yr.): More than 10 years in Site Inspection and Supervision experiences. 3. Computer skill: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MS Teams or Zoom 4. Other: Flexible working hours (14:00-23:00). 5. Shopping mall renovation works experiences will be an advantage. 6. Good ability for English language skills will be an advantage.
