หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Managing the design processes involved in a construction project. 2. Ensuring that drawings are ready on time. 3. Reviewing compliance to project, design, and function brief. 4. Liaising with clients on design-related matters 5. Establishing and maintaining effective methods of communication. 6. Maintaining records and documents throughout the project 7. Identify, assess, mitigate, and manage risks connected with design. 8. Ensuring design work meets health and safety legislation, sustainable building standards, and industry codes of practice 9. Chairing design meetings and workshops, writing minutes of meetings. 10. Managing open points (identify follow-up and close) during the design workshop. 11. Manage, Review and Approve RFA, RFI during construction.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Education : Bachelor's degree or higher - Branch : Architecture - Experience : 5+ years’ experience (Retail and Office) - GPA : 2.5 or more - English skills : excellent level (Need someone with Toeic score) - Multitask working and able to work under pressure, flexible working hours.
