Site Engineer (Structure and Architecture) - ประจำจังหวัดภูเก็ต

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assisting Project Manager any activities as required to control and monitor site progress on site, quality assurance and quality control.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with owner representatives and other project participants e.g., designers, contractors and suppliers to provide technical advice for any discrepancy between drawings, specification and construction on site
• Review materials, shop, and combined drawings in accordance with the drawings and specifications
• Support testing and commissioning of completed works before they are covered by the contractors
• Coordinate with quantity surveyor to identify variation order works, value of work done on site for payment to contractors and suppliers
• Site monitoring for ensuring that health and safety measures are adopted and properly complied with
• Coordinate with building management team as necessary
• Compile and prepare project status reports by analyzing and summarizing information for daily, weekly and monthly activities
• Compile and prepare project closeout report including punch list, all document with sign offs from respective parties, lessons learnt from all parties for handing over

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, architectural or related field.
• Experience (Yr.): More than 3 years
• Computer skill: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MS Teams or Zoom and Microsoft Project.
• Multitask working and able to work under pressure, flexible working hours
• English will be an added advantage
• Shopping mall renovation works experiences will be an added advantage
• Willing to travel upcountry will be added advantage
