หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Consultative Sales, Being an Education Expert (Provide Education Solution, Not Product or Program Sales and Not Hard Selling)
• Achieve the targets with the right approach and able to provide depth of information
• Proactively identify and respond opportunities to the needs of Parent and Children
• Engaging with customers to explore their situations and needs; probing underlying issues that suggest broader solutions; maximizing the productiveness of interactions by monitoring and building on customers’ cues; articulating and promoting a path forward
• Supporting customers (Parents) before during and after implementation of program contracts and throughout the relationship
• Seeking and taking appropriate actions on customer feedback; resolving difficult issues in a timely and professional manner; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Work with CRM and MIS program to support Sales and Marketing functions
• Observe market trends, clients and competitors to offer insights and updates to the team
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful and timely deliveries of Sales initiatives
• Contribute ideas and insights, be part of the team where your ideas are heard and value

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in any fields
• communicate in English both writing and speaking
• Must have superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have a professional demeanor and appearance
• Experience as an educational consultant or customer service will be beneficial
