เวลาทำงานอื่น : Company offers flexi working time, the Employee may start between 7.30-9.30 AM and finish between 5.00-7.00 PM accordingly.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Insure excellent standards of operations in All branches nationwide.
Recruit and train team members
Motivate employees to perform at their best
Identify potential problems and work to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue
Insure SOP are implemented and followed
Manage displays, product, and merchandising
Monitor inventory by managing PAR levels & FIFO

Bachelor degree in business administration, project management or related fields
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Structured in approach and has an eye for detail
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Project management skills
Experience/Knowledge of retail and Merchandising
Flexible to travel within Thailand as required
Knowledge of wine is a plus
