B2B Telesales Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Contact businesses by telephone and email to promote and sell our products
• Solicit orders for goods over the telephone and by email
• Answer to customers queries , message and notification posted on every social media used by the company
• Deliver scripted sales pitch to customers
• Record customer details including reaction to the products or service offered
• Handle orders received over the telephone , email and social media
• Process and input orders in the company computerized order system
• Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably working in the field of B2C sales/customer care, ideally in Telesales
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good computer, negotiation and communication skills
