Learning and Development Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Responsible for planning. Coordinating and conducting training needs and programs in order to enhance the performance and quality of service of employees. -   Conduct review training needs analysis annually and budget accordingly. -   Conduct review training needs analysis annually and budget accordingly. - Communicate and encourage the participation in CSR activities by all team members and local community.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Minimum 3 years experience in Learning & Development roles, with 2 years in managerial level. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent presentation skill. - Good teamwork and able to work effective and contribute in a team - Good logic and reasoning skills and able to coach talent at all levels.
