• BAR MANAGER Qualifications: Team Player - Develops a positive, respectful, productive and professional work environment through positive connections with others and treats all associates, vendors and customers with respect and dignity Customer Focus - Delivers high end service that meets and exceeds all customers' expectations and leverages the voice of the customer to consistently improve service, standards, cleanliness, quality, and friendliness Results Driven - Consistently meets and exceeds goals, exhibits professional courage and innovation to drive the business forward Business Acumen - Creates and communicates a passionate vision, competitive winning strategies, and ensures store and individual goals are aligned with company goals Experience – At least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Understanding of bar management, leading staff, and bar opening and closing responsibilities Language – Strong Communicator in English and Thai. Other languages are an advantage Management - Manage the business aspects of the bar, such as keeping a current liquor license, working with suppliers, taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals Marketing – Listening and understanding needs and desires of customers, liaising with community, and communicating and collaborating with Management on marketing ideas and concepts POS – Understanding & overseeing POS system, entries, bills, and End of Day closeout
