Sales Interior - พนักงานขายอินทีเรีย (English or Chinese Speaking)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Present interior products and services to prospective clients (Furniture / Built-in / Fit-in), including homeowners, office owners, and condominium residents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new customer leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Coordinate with clients, design, production, installation, and related departments throughout the entire sales process—from initial inquiry to project completion and after-sales service.
• Prepare sales documents such as quotations, contracts, and other related paperwork.
• Proactively follow up and maintain engagement with new customers to drive repeat business.
• Submit regular sales reports and updates to supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Vocational Certificate or higher in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or related roles.
• Strong presentation, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience in real estate, construction, interior design, or furniture sales is a plus.
• Good command of English or Chinese in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Professional appearance, high integrity, service-oriented, and responsible.
• Experience in roles such as interpreter, airline, or hospitality industries will be considered an advantage.
• Must be able to provide a security deposit of 20,000 THB or have a guarantor (government officer level C8+ or private employee with salary 50,000 THB+).
