1. Preparing & Recording all accounting documents which related to corporate Payment Voucher and Receipt Voucher. 2. Preparing journal entries, e.g., prepaid, accrual, expense allocations and necessary adjustment. 3. Maintaining and updating fixed asset register and movement. 4. Calculating monthly depreciation for all fixed assets. 5. Issue receipt and bill invoices for send to insurers. 6. Prepare VAT monthly report. 7. Collect invoice from suppliers and prepare certificate of WHT. 8. Prepare company taxation form (PND3,53,1,54 and PP.30, 36) for submit to Revenue Department. 9. Support and assist manager in conducting monthly closing and monthly report. 10. Prepare accounts reconciliation. 11. Any ad-hoc assignment.
