หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, email or chat. 2. Walk the customer through the problem-solving process. 3. Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team. 4. Record events and problems and their resolution in logs. 5. Follow-up and update customer status and information. 6. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. 7. Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Telephony contact center system and other systems.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. An Associate's degree in computer science or related field. 2. 3-5 years of relevant experience working in Help Desk, Infrastructure support 3. A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software. 4. Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Experience in Insurance domain is a plus. 7. Area of skill set, MS Windows environment, Office356, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, GPO, Manage Engine Desktop Management, Printer/Printer Server, Cisco Switch, Cisco ISE, Azure cloud, Cisco/Genesys Contact center, FortiGate Firewall/VPN,UPS, Finger Scan/CCTV and Server room environment.
