Warehouse manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• At least 3 -10 years’ experience in a warehouse lead role or manager level.
• Knowledge in supply chain process, stock control and strong management skills (Team management, planning and organizing)
• Strong negotiation skill and can work under pressure.
• Ability to learn quickly and multi-task as well organize and prioritize work.
• Ability to work with all level of company staff and service minded.
• Good command in English is a plus.

• Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse
• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization and inventory management
• Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
• Monitoring daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
• Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
• Management and control operation of Goods Receiving (GR), Goods issuing (GI) for material throughout delivery/ distribution.
• Perform physical inventory count comparing with system according to schedule.
• Checking stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate.
• Management FEFO, FIFO, 5S and space utilization.
• Ensure appropriate storage to keep materials in good condition.
• Maintains safety, healthy work environment and transportation management.
• Use systems/information to analyze/ review performance to adjust working instruction for coordination and control warehousing and distribution activities.
• Other duties assigned. (in term of warehouse and distribution jobs)
