Import Customer Service

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide import shipment notifications to customers (Arrival notice) including updates on document amendments, confirm container status, and pick-up import container locations.
• Handle the issuance of AR invoices.
• Update vessel arrival to customer if have any changes.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, phone, and Line group on a daily basis.
• Able to stand by work on weekends and holidays following arrival vessel.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Age over 22 years non-limited gender and welcome new graduated.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, International Business or related field.
• Good command of English writing, reading, and communication.
• Good command of Microsoft excel.
• Strong service mined, high responsibility and able work as a team under pressure.
• Must have your own laptop or computer and able to stand by work on some weekend and holidays following vessel arrival.
• Will be considered if have experience in shipping line and immediately work.
