Lead and drive overall e-commerce performance across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, focusing on sales growth, GMV, traffic, conversion, and campaign performance.
Setup and manage TikTok livestream operations, including OBS setup, product cart integration, livestream workflow, and operational process optimization.
Manage livestream team operations including scheduling, coordination, and performance tracking to ensure sales targets are achieved.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketplace activities in collaboration with regional and local teams.
Coordinate closely with marketing and supply chain teams regarding pricing, stock availability, inventory forecasting, and campaign readiness.
Monitor daily store performance and sales metrics, analyze performance data, and optimize operations to maximize conversion and revenue growth.
Collaborate with regional teams in English or Chinese for operational alignment and business expansion initiatives.
Oversee overall livestream production performance and sales outcomes without needing to conduct livestream sessions personally.

Male / Female Age 30–35 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Management, or Livestream Operations.
Strong experience with Shopee, Lazada, and/or TikTok Shop.
Experience in setting up and managing livestream operations, including OBS configuration and TikTok live systems.
Experience managing livestream/content teams, scheduling, and operational coordination.
Strong sales-driven mindset with experience monitoring GMV and sales performance.
Experience handling monthly GMV around USD 500K is an advantage.
Fluent in English or Chinese for communication with regional/China teams.
Fast learner, hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment.
